Elthia Virginia Murray's Obituary
Elthia Virginia Murray, 87, resident of Archer, Florida, died Saturday, September 30, 2017 in the North Florida Regional Medical Center, following a long illness.
Mrs. Murray was born on August 24, 1930 in Palatka, Florida to the late Robert and Clara Coulliette, and had made her home in Archer for many years. Mrs. Murray was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander F. Murray Jr. in 1996 and a daughter, Gayle M. Brooks in 2010.
Survivors include; two sons, Alexander F. Murray III, Randall Murray (Lori) and one daughter, Judy Baxter. Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Elthia loved to garden and make things for "the kids."
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 11:00 A. M., in the Chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd St., with her brother, Rev. Robert Coulliette, officiating. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 A. M. Those who wish may make donations to the local Humane Society.
