Elizabeth Deane Noe's Obituary
Elizabeth Deane Noe, age 92 of Gainesville, took her last breath on earth May 16, 2023 and her first breath in heaven. She was born September 9, 1930 in Gainesville, Florida to John Wesley and Sarah Elizabeth Dean Wallace.
She graduated in 1948 from Gainesville High School. She spent her career working as a secretary at Waldo Community School. She loved to go to the beach. Deane could sew anything and loved to read. She loved her family most of all. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and spent her whole life helping at the church wherever was needed.
She is survived by her daughter Nancy A. Noe of Gainesville, FL; sons, Milton Noe, Vallejo, CA and Hugh L. Noe of Gainesville, FL; brother, Alston Kelly of Madison, FL; sister Patricia Fullager of Chapel Hill, NC; two grandchildren, Elizabeth “Beth” Justice and Travis Noe; and two great grandsons, Aiden and Everett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh O. Noe; sons Richard Yaun and Mark Noe.
Per Deane’s request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Global Missions, myegiving.com.
