Elaine Marie Warnick's Obituary
Elaine Marie Warnick went to be with the Lord Saturday, August 8, 2015. She was born September 26, 1940 in Fall River, Massachusetts. Elaine worked for Alachua County School Board for 37 years. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Hawthorne, where she was a Sunday School teacher. Elaine loved her family very much and her grandbabies and great grandchildren meant everything. She enjoyed working in her yard and was a diehard Gator fan.
Elaine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard George Warnick, Jr. and her parents, Silvino and Mary Pacheco. She is survived by her son, Richard Kevin Warnick (Renae); her daughter, Brenda Marie Cassels (Randy); her three grandchildren, Brittany Renae Cassels, Melissa Nicole Warnick and Christin Marie Cassels; five loving great grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Bill Bailey (Avis) and cousin, Judith and Henri Belloavance.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., in Hawthorne Cemetery with Pastor Charles Litzell officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 12, 2015, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME HAWTHORNE, US 301 South at Lake Avenue.
