Edith Lorelle Hardee Kirby's Obituary
Edith Lorelle Hardee Kirby, Age 90, passed away on February 1, 2022. Lorelle was born on April 21, 1931, in LaCrosse, Florida to James Ellie and Dellie Hardee.
Lorelle graduated from Alachua High School in 1950. She was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church. She was employed at GE and retired from Gates.
Lorelle is survived by daughters, Janet Breeden (Rock), Debbie Dean (Charlie), Sylvia Williams (Steven) Denise Carlton (Jake); seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Melba Greene (Wilson), Betty Dampier (Wilbur), and Elaine Beaty (Tom). She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy, son, Todd, her parents, brothers, and sister.
A celebration of Lorelle’s life will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Sardis Baptist Church, 3925 Worthington Springs, FL. 32697 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Steve Matchett. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery 3612 NW 177th Ave. Gainesville, FL.
