Uncle Don was my favorite uncle. From a kid's perspective he was nothing but pure fun. My memories extend back to the late 19s50's and 1960' when Uncle Don and Aunt Francis would bring Donna,Stevie, and Claire up to Kennesaw or our family would go to Decatur for Christmas Eve dinner and gift swapping. Uncle Don could play the banjo and guitar, tell jokes, throw the football and so forth. His mother, our grandmother, Muddy lived next to us in Kennesaw and I was fortunate to see Uncle Don frequently when he visited,

Also, like my father and father in law, he served his country during WWII and helped save the United States for the following generations.

He will be missed by all who knew him. My prayers go out to Donna, Claire, Evelyn and their families.

Daddy was a wonderful man who I will miss dearly. He helped make me into 'Claire' and assisted in making me a tomboy by taking me fishing, camping, watching football as he scratched my back :) He used to take Stevie, Donna and I to the drive in movies for fun.
He would take us and our girlfriends camping. We used to visit him at Lake Lanier.

More recently, we have talked Gator and Bulldawgs since Victoria and Antonia are bulldawgs. We discussed all the important games the last few weeks and I treasure that memory so much.

Also, Daddy did my taxes - so sweet - and I am so thankful. He also did Victoria's and Antonia's taxes last year because he is a giving grandfather and finances was one of his games.

I also have to thank him for my good looks LOL

I LOVE YOU DADDY! Give Stevie a huge hug for me. I know you are watching over sissy and I as our 'new' angel. xo

My Daddy is an awesome daddy. He is so special and near to my heart. Thanks, Daddy, for turning me into a football tomboy and for making me who I am. Rest in peace, Daddy.

I am so sorry for your loss but have to believe that Mr. Perry is now resting easy. I didn't have the honor of knowing him but through his daughter, Donna, I have come to admire him. May you rest in peace.
