Dawn Christine Brehm's Obituary
Dawn Christine Brehm, age 52 of Gainesville, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Dawn was born August 8, 1962 in Montrose, Pennsylvania to Robert L. and Esther Carter Hall. She was a graduate of Santa Fe College of Nursing and worked as an LPN. Dawn was committed to helping Gainesville Christian Ministries and spent a lot of time there. She had a beautiful voice and loved music. Her love and devotion was for her dogs, Barnaby, Casey and Lily and she enjoyed taking them to dog parks. She was very close to her cousin Kolleen Carroll and Ron of Pennsylvania and spoke to them every day.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Brehm; mother, Esther Yoder, both of Gainesville; step-brother, George Yoder; step-sisters, Sharon Shirley, Patricia Yoder-Clark and Kathy Yoder and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hall and grandparents, F. Elston and Ruth Carter and Claude and Ethelyn Hall.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Trinity United Methodist Church, 4000 NW 53rd Avenue, with Rev. Aaron Rousseau and Dr. Dan Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorials to Gainesville Christian Ministries, 238 SW 4th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601 or Gainesville Pet Rescue, 5403 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608.
