Gary S. Rogoff
Dear Henderson Family:
As one of a group of young graduate students in the early 1970s, spending time with Dave Henderson at the annual Academy of Prosthodontics meeting was always a treat. His strong but gentlemanly approach to our group of "young whippersnappers" was exemplary. His "animated" discourses regarding professional terminology were legendary. To this day, as a teacher, I maintain a large coffee can on the desk in my office with the label "Henderson Fines" to receive the quarters I extract from my Prosthodontic Residents, each time they use one of Dave's long list of "no-no words". He may be gone, but he will not be forgotten. Gary Rogoff, Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, New York
