I had the pleasure of working with David at two different jobs over the past 20 years. David had a great amount of knowledge on many different things, while also being a voracious learner. He also never hesitated to share his knowledge with others to make sure they kept moving forward.
We used to take breaks at work doing daily walks around the local neighborhood. David made sure we kept a fast pace to get the most benefit from the walk. At the same time, we exchanged information on improving our work and personal lives.
David had also helped me out numerous times at my house with some maintenance. He never hesitated when I asked for help and went above and beyond in making sure that what we worked on was completed correctly.
David was often the organizer for our lunches over the years. Encouraging everyone to get together and socialize. Which is saying a lot for a group of introverted I.T. people. He had a rare gift of being highly competent in technology as well as socially.
While I did not know Kimberly as well, I did work with her twice in the past year on Disney and Universal trips. She was extremely patient with me on the numerous questions I had and changes I made for each trip. She planned out both trips perfectly and allowed my family to create wonderful memories at the parks.
Above all else, I will miss both David and Kimberly's friendship. In the past few months, we had started to socialize more outside of work. They were special people in so many ways.
