Danny Ray "Baldy" Rowsey's Obituary
Danny Ray “Baldy” Rowsey, 49 passed away August 2, 2017 due to complications after an accident on June 9, 2017.
He was born in Clearwater, Fl and was a longtime resident of Gainesville, Fl. A mechanic by trade, with a wealth of knowledge and could fix anything and would do anything for anybody. He loved to play golf and loved to watch other sports on TV. He loved his family and is survived by his wife of 30 years Cheryl Gillis Rowsey together they raised two great sons Colton Ray (Octavia) Rowsey, and Clinton Owen Rowsey, a niece, Jaime Danielle Killough of Destin, his 2nd mother Sabra Messer of Ohio, two brothers Roger (Michelle) Lambert of Clearwater, Robert (Cassandra) Lambert of Brooksville, sister Lucia Adams of West Virginia, Step mom, Betty Lambert of Brooksville; also, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Roger Lambert, mother Patricia Ann Hunt, grandmother Mary Rowsey, and a sister Tina Marie Shoemaker.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 10th at 5:00 P. M, in the Chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd St., with the family receiving friends for one hour prior, beginning at 4:00 P. M. In lieu of flowers please make donations to www.gofundme.com/DanTheBaldy.
