Danny Wayne Gurley's Obituary
Danny Wayne Gurley, age 72, of Hernando, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024. He was born June 26, 1951, in Milan, Tennessee to Ana Lou and Howard Gurley.
Danny was a beloved father, adored grandfather, business owner, mentor, and loyal friend. He enjoyed fishing Cedar Key, playing endless rounds of golf, and Buccaneers football.
He is survived by his loving sons, Patrick (Alana) Gurley, Brandon (Courtney) Gurley; grandchildren, Elliot, Eden, Savannah, and Emily; brother Glenn (Barbara) Gurley, and sister Carol (Jimmy) Mayo.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Ana Lou Long, father, Howard Gurley, and sister Tammy Stambaugh.
A memorial service will be held in his honor Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Williams-Thomas in Jonesville 823 N.W. 143rd Street Newberry, FL 32669.
Danny was known by many and will be missed by all.
