Dan will always be in my heart and remembered as a strong- determined young man looking forward towards his future. Our conversations together were enlightening and I am so glad I was part of his life as he took a leap of faith into his future with nothing stopping he was soooo
full of life and soooo excited to be moving on and exploring his potential truly a previous soul indeed!!!
One of my many memories of Dan was spending time with him while visiting with his family- we had many conversations about life and how he couldn't wait to spread his wings and fly - he had some great plans for his future and couldn't wait to step into the world of independence. He was ready to go and experience all of what life had to offer him and we joked about how inpatient he was about getting that part of his life started. I was so proud of Dan and amazed about his enthusiasm, anxiousness and determination to "get on with it" as he put it. Those conversations with Dan about his future and his family were indepth at times proving his maturity and strength to accomplish everything he planned with his family and friends at his side. When it was time for me to head back home saying "goodbye" to Dan broke my heart however I knew he was going to make a huge difference in every life he touched because Dan had already touched my life in so many ways. One other moment I will never forget is when I wanted to give Dan a hug I realized that was nearly impossible because he was soooo tall i had to stand on a chair and step up on my tip toes to reach around his shoulders to hug him - everyone around us just started laughing to this day I can still remember Dan's laugh as we said our "goodbyes" . God Blessed You Dan in my heart forever love BeeJaye!!!

Up here in Falmouth, Dan and his sisters were my daughter’s first friends. Lana learned to ride their bike as a 4 year old!! They played , walked the block, jabbered for hours . Your whole family was so welcoming .
We are so saddened to learn of his way too early passing. Our hearts go out to Jane and Mike, Betsy and Carmen.
I had the pleasure of meeting "Fire" as we called him when I brought together a game to DM. He was one of my first six players, and he helped build and support a group of friends that I come to rely on daily. Fire was always full of laughs, intelligent conversation, and a genuinely positive person to be around. He was always supportive of anyone in the group (myself included). He convinced me to play a space-mech based table top game, and when we first started looking over the material we must have been talking about it for six hours straight. I had the pleasure of playing 8-12 hours of games with him weekly, and he left such a impression on me that he will be sorely missed. Rest in peace bud.
I wasn't the closest to Daniel, or "Fire" as I knew him online, but he was always a joy to have around and be with. Was never a dull moment, and I'm sure he spread this joy with everyone in his life. He was a wonderful friend, and I will miss him dearly.
This is a message from a large group of friends Daniel made throughout this year.
We shared and bonded over something called Dungeons and Dragons, a form of game where make-believe and fantasy are enjoyed among friends. He was a joy to be around, with his infectious laughter and beautiful personality, making at least part of the magic of the game real. "Fire", as he was known to us, was one of the most amazing people we've ever met, and his untimely passing fills all of our hearts with such deep sorrow and grief that the only comforting thought is that he lives forever in the many lives he touched, every single one for the better.
We love you, Fire.
Forever your friends.
I might not have known his real name till now but I feel privileged to have known him as much as I did. Always there with his energy, happiness, and sense of humor ready for whatever we wanted to do. A reliable friend that will be so greatly missed.

While I never met Daniel in real life, I'm immensely saddened by his death.
Ever since we started spending weekends relaxing and playing games together, I really appreciated his kindness and great sense of humor.
He was one of the most genuinely nice people I've had the privilege of knowing, in real life or online.
From all of us that knew him, we offer our condolences to his family and friends and we will miss him greatly
