Cristi Gelly Keller's Obituary
Cristi Gelly Keller, 50, of Archer, Florida died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 6, 2020. Cristi was born March 29, 1970 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Roy and Andrea Ettinger Childs. Upon graduating from high school, Cristi earned her cosmetology license and began her career as a cosmetologist. She has been “knocking the ugly off” for many years, for all of her beloved clients. She enjoyed her career and considered her clients, friends. Cristi was blessed with two beautiful children and married the love of her life and closest friend, Sheldon. Cristi was a member of Greenhouse Church in Gainesville. Cristi loved animals – all kinds of animals! She raised many throughout her life, including an emu, peacocks, ducks, cats, dogs, goats and chickens.
Cristi had a strong faith in God and she touched many lives with her encouragement, faith, and prayer. Even when she was in pain or hurting, she thought of others and prayed for their well-being. Cristi was a GIVER. She gave of her time, talents, and positive outlook on life. Her motto was LIVE, LAUGH, and LOVE.
Cristi is survived by her loving husband, Sheldon Keller, her children; Shayne and Cheyenne Gelly, her mom and dad; Andrea and Tony Sylvia, Jr., her stepsister Wendy Vasconcellos and brother, Tony Sylvia III. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will take place at her home on Sunday, August 16, 2020 from 2:00-6:00PM. Please, join her family in honoring her life with your presence. Come with joy in your heart and wonderful memories for her life, she is now celebrating in heaven with Jesus.
