Clifford Thomas Crawford's Obituary
On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, our beloved father, Clifford Thomas Crawford took his final breathe here on earth at the age of 74. Cliff had a larger than life laugh, loved spending time with his beloved grandchildren and children and a need for speed with his corvettes. He was known as “Papa” and loved giving the world to his grandchildren and as one could imagine he loved Christmas as much as they did. Cliff started his career in North Miami Beach in the Parks and Recreation Director, moving his family to City of Winter Haven, Parks and Recreation Director and then to Collier County Parks and Recreation Director. Cliff finished up his career in St Port Lucie, Gainesville and Vero Beach. Cliff was known for starting “Snow Day” for all the adults and kids in December to enjoy in Winter Haven and carried that with him to each place he worked. Cliff always kept his faith in the Catholic Church and was a proud Veteran and served in the Vietnam War over in Panmunjom and often told stories and stayed connected with his fellow comrades. Cliff enjoyed his morning coffees with his friends and riding his motorcycle with his brother and nephew. Our hearts are completely broken and there will be a huge void without our father, but we know that he is now our forever Guardian Angel. Cliff is survived by his daughters, Dawn Marie Csogi (Joey), Vanessa Lynn Kinnas (Bryce Kinnas) his grandchildren, William Csogi, Dominic Csogi, Alexis Csogi, Greyson Kinnas and Parker Kinnas. He is survived by his brother, Fred Crawford (Alisa), brother-n-law, Joe Dominianni, many nieces and nephews whom all loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fed and Celeste Crawford, sister, Celeste Dominianni, brother, Chris Crawford, nephew, Joey Dominianni and sister-n-law, Martha Crawford. The family is planning a “Celebration of Life” on his birthday in September 26th and will post details on his daughters Facebook page “Dawn Crawford Csogi or Vanessa Crawford-Kinnas”
