Claudia Maria Layden's Obituary
Claudia Maria Layden, age 58 of Gainesville, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in Shands UF Hospital. She was born in Mannheim, Germany on April 13, 1961 to Jurgen and Edith Schmiade Schwinn.
She will always be remembered for the vibrant and positive way she viewed life and how she lived her life as a series of joyful adventures, always living every day to the fullest. She was a loving mother, sister, partner and friend with enough love for all. And for those beautiful children she cared for and loved like her own, always remember, "LaLa loves you”
She is survived by her fiancé, Sandy Cugno; children, Christian Brauch, Simone B. Brauch and Eileen Layden; sisters, Britta and Silke; brother, Uwe Schwinn and three grandchildren, Cayden, Austin and Patrick.
A private Celebration of Claudia’s life will be held at a later date.
