Cindy Kay Miller's Obituary
Cindy Kay Miller, 67, resident of Gainesville, Florida, died Monday, May 23, 2016, at her home, following a long illness.
Mrs. Miller was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania on February 10, 1949, to the late Donald and Frances Hainley. Cindy had lived in Gainesville for the past 32 years; where she worked as a registered nurse, first as a neo-natal nurse at Shands Hospital, and then as a neo-natal study coordinator for the University of Florida before retiring in Decemeber of 2014.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard Louis Miller, Sr., of Gainesville; two sons, Richard L. Miller, Jr., of Starke, and Gregg (Maria) Miller, of Gainesville; a sister, Cheryl Partner, of Altoona, PA. Six grandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, from 5 to 7 P. M., in the WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd St., Newberry.
