Cheryl Ann Johnson's Obituary
Cheryl Ann Johnson, 48, from Wayland, NY later relocating to Newberry, FL passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 30, 2019. She was born October 2, 1970 in Hornell, NY.
Cheryl brought a smile to everyone’s face and lived life to the fullest. To have known her, was to love her. She loved traveling, shopping, baking for friends and family, reading, and spending time at home with her boys, whom she adored. Cheryl worked in the Dental field and always loved her job. She absolutely cherished all of the friendships that she made throughout her career.
Cheryl is survived by her beloved sons, Devon (Amanda) and Justin Johnson; her mother and father, Connie and Alex Curry; brothers and sisters, Michele (Patrick) Carpenter, Jill (David) Carpenter, Alex (Amber) Curry Jr., Wendi (Bryan) Snyder, Chase and Cole Carpenter; significant other James Tarlton; aunt and uncle Joe and Pam Suggs; along with her nieces, nephews, and several close friends from New York to Florida.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd Street with Rev. Brian Meyers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorials to the Ronald McDonald House, 1600 SW 14th St., Gainesville, FL 32608.
