Charlotte Rosalie Waters Morff, age 90 of Orange Lake, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at her home. Charlotte was born on March 9, 1926 to May Petteys and William Wallace Waters in Hickman, Florida, which is now non-existent, 1.9 miles west of McIntosh. She was employed by the University of Florida Library for 10 years. But, her true love outside of her Church, Family, beloved dogs, and the Gators were her special education students at North Marion High School.
