I remember when chuck would come to my grandpa Luthers house and grandpa would call him chucky. Grandpa and Chuck would always talk about the military. Chuck, Grandpa, & my dad would set around grandpas table and talk for hours. I also would have long talks with him and get some good laughs when around him. He was funny. He had a sweet smile. I also seen his temper and he wasn't afraid to tell you what was on his mind. I wish I got to see him one more time in person. It's been years since I seen him. He is was a good man and he will be missed and always remembered. RIP cousin Chuck. Love ya
I remember when Chuck and I were about 6&7 yrs old we wandered into a scrap yard near our house and ended up starting a big pile of tires on fire. We tryed to put it out but it just kept growing and bellowing out black smoke. Well, we got so scared that we ran all the way home at full speed (about 2or3 blocks) panting when we got there. We never told a soul about it. Well, I guess the secret is out now. Now, 50 yrs. later I can look back at it and laugh. HA HA. Love you Chuck.
