Cecilia was one of the sweetest most genuine ladies we have ever known. We loved singing with her in the First Presbyterian Church Chancel choir for many years. Some of our fondest memories of Celia and Don were sharing Time in their home as we rang in the New Year several consecutive years. They were always so kind and unassuming. Rejoice in Paradise dear Cecilia. Enjoy the music.
Cecilia was a beautiful and thoughtful person. I will always remember her for her presence as a Foundation Board member. She was such a creative member of our small Non-Events Committee. May she rest in peace.
