Carolyn Eloise Whitmire, born in Waldo, Florida in 1928, passed away in Birmingham, Alabama on May 26, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, Bartlett J. Holly and Ruby E. Holly, her husband Drennen L. Whitmire and her two minor brothers, Donald Devoe Holly and Bartlett J. Holly, Jr. Carolyn is survived by her son, Drennen L. Whitmire, Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Wellington, Florida and her daughter, Carolyn Holly Whitmire of Birmingham, Alabama. She was interred in Laurel Grove Cemetery in Waldo, Florida.
