Buddy Theus Jr.'s Obituary
Buddy Theus Jr., age 57, passed away and went to heaven unexpectedly at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
He was born in Gainesville, Florida on October 26, 1963, to Ralph Benjamin Theus Sr. and Barbara Jean Longwell.
He was an avid Gator fan, loved fishing, and most of all spending time with his family. Loved orange and blue electrical tape….and was known as McGuyver, he loved his wife and children more than anything.
Buddy is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Judy Darlene Burch Theus; children, Matt Theus, Beth Theus (Rolando), and Melissa Theus Camps and her husband Jeffery Camps; brother, Tony Theus and his wife Michelle Theus; sisters, Katie Theus, and Lisa Farmer; six grandchildren, Kaiden, Paisley, Rylie, Jailynn, Kalani, and Kylee.
Preceded in death by his Nanny, Viola Goswick; father, Ralph Benjamin Theus Sr.; and mother, Barbara Coleman.
A Celebration of Buddy’s life will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea 823 N.W. 143rd street Newberry, Fl. with Pastor Sebby Volpe. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Fairbanks Cemetery.
