Brooky Herr's Obituary
Brooky Herr, age 85 of Gainesville, FL passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023. She was born February 5, 1938 in Shelby County, Alabama to Earl and Jeanette Kelley Bentley, Sr.
Brooky was a member of Holy Faith Catholic Church. She was a hairdresser most of her life and her children and grandchildren were her world.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Richard Herr; children, Troy Herr, Terry Herr, Darcy Haeussner and Danielle Morrissey; brother Earl Bentley; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Danita Davis.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Faith Catholic Church, 747 NW 43rd St. with Fr. Jose Kulathinal as celebrant. For those who wish donations may be made to Haven Hospice www.beyourhaven.org.
