Brent Todd Markham's Obituary
We lost our beloved son and brother unexpectedly on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Brent graduated from PK Yonge in 2009 with high honors and played soccer with Legacy, GSA and PK Yonge. He enlisted in the Marine Corp where he graduated in the top 3% of his class. He spent 3 ½ years as a Reservist. He was medically honorably discharged due to a brain injury from a soccer accident. Brent continued on with his college studies where he graduated with Honors from U.F., with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. After graduation, he began to take over the daily operations of the family business at Markham’s Lawn. He had so many skills and untapped potential that we will never be able to see. Your physical presence will be greatly missed, but your spirit and influence will last forever.
Brent is survived by his parents, Todd and Mary Markham; two awesome brothers, Mike and Cameron Markham; grandparents, Bill and Dot Markham and numerous other family members.
The family will have a Celebration of Life for Brent on Saturday, May 7, 2016 starting at 3:30 p.m., at their lake home at 1512 SE 5th Avenue, Melrose, Fl 32666.
