Bonnie K. Whitacre's Obituary
Bonnie K. Whitacre, 89, of Gainesville, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015. Born in Minerva, Ohio, she moved to Gainesville in 2000 after living in Eustis from 1954 - 2000. She was the former owner of Whitacre's Dairy Kitchen in Eustis from 1966 - 1976. She loved to exercise at the Gainesville Health & Fitness weekly. Bonnie loved the beach, to cook and to entertain for her family. She also loved her Thursday Ladies Coffee Group. Bonnie is survived by her 2 daughters, Marla K. Gagnon, Gainesville, FL, Darla K. (Charles) Bisignano, Fort Myers, FL; 3 grandchildren, John Michael (Nikki) Bisignano, Matthew (Jianna) Gagnon, Kathryn Gagnon; and 1 great-grandchild, Tinsley Bisignano. A memorial service will be held at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home, Gainesville on Monday, August 17th at 10:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis Monday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children's miracle network
