Bobbie Jean Fowler's Obituary
Bobbie Jean Fowler, 83, resident of Hawthorne, Florida, died Saturday, January 7, 2017, in the E. T. York Hospice Care Center, following a long illness.
Mrs. Fowler was born on September 14, 1933 in Soperton, Georgia. She lived in Georgia, until moving to Hawthorne over 60 years ago. Mrs. Fowler was a homemaker, who later in life, worked as a teachers assistant at the Sidney Lanier School, and then as an adult caregiver. She was a member of Eden Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Arnold Fowler.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald Fowler and Hank Fowler, both of Hawthorne, and a sister, Betty Wayne, of Soperton, GA.
A graveside services will be held Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Hawthorne Cemetery with Rev. Jim Blevins officiating.
