Bob Lacapruccia's Obituary
Bob Lacapruccia, age 60, passed away on the evening of August 18, 2021, in Gainesville, Florida.
He was born in Timmins, Ontario, Canada on August 16, 1961, to Umberto and Maria Giardini Lacapruccia.
Bob was an excellent chef and loved to cook for his friends and family. He owned a restaurant for 2 years.
Bob worked as a Carman, for Canadian National Railroad (CNR).
He was a devoted father homeschooling his daughter Kathleen for eleven years.
Bob was a strong and loving Christian husband and father.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Janet Susan; daughter; Kathleen Lacapruccia and husband David Leo; sister Ernesta Daniel and husband Ron.
The family will receive friends at their home 10102 S.W. 39th Pl. Gainesville, Florida 32608 to Celebrate Bob’s life on Monday, August 23, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bob’s memory to St. Jude’s Children Hospital www.stjude.org.
