Mrs Johnson was principal when I was in 5th and 6th grade at Twin Branch School. I was one of a group of kids from a neighborhood where a new school was being built. So we were shifted from Beiger to Twin Branch during construction. It was a tough transition to make. But Mrs Johnson made us feel welcomed. I absolutely loved her. She was like a mother in very stylish business dress. She always wore red lipstick. I recall countless times where she looked after my best interests. She always made me feel safe. I don't know who will ever read this, but I am grateful Mrs Johnson's life intersected with mine, even if for only 2 years. Much love 💘
