Beverly A. Fitzgerald's Obituary
Beverly A. Fitzgerald, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Born on March 1 1939, in Lawrence Massachusetts, Beverly was a beacon of kindness and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Beverly pursued her passion for the arts and earned a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Beverly had impeccable taste and was an incredible decorator. Nobody decorated a home like Beverly. Her creative spirit and artistic talent were evident in every aspect of her life, inspiring those around her to appreciate the beauty in the world.
Beverly was an avid reader, was known for her friendly nature, exceptional sense of humor and her ability to easily connect with children. Beverly had an openness about her that allowed strangers to recount personal stories and make fast friends.
She had a tremendous spirit of compassion. Her patience, understanding, and genuine care made her a cherished figure in her community, and her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched.
Beverly was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her family was the center of her world. She leaves behind her son Craig and daughter Lee, her beloved grandchild Grant, and a wide circle of friends who will forever miss her infectious smile and gentle spirit.
A celebration of life service for Beverly will be held on February 9th at 1:00pm EST at the Sweetwater Branch Inn in Gainesville Florida
Beverly's kindness and love have left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her unwavering positivity, and her remarkable ability to make everyone feel special and loved.
