Betty Jean Myrick's Obituary
Betty Jean Myrick (Link), 93, of Gainesville, FL passed away, September 7, 2022, after a long battle with progressive dementia. She died peacefully, and loved by family.
She was born to parents Ray and Greta Link, July 29, 1929 in Ionia, MI. Betty graduated from high school and married John (Jack) Myrick, moving to Florida in 1957.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Stephen (Caroline) Myrick of Boise, Id, Gina (Harris) Mulkey of Hawthorne, Fl, Mary Beth (Donny) Cannady of Gainesville, FL, Tom (Beth) Myrick of Hawthorne, FL and preceded in death John (Diane) Myrick of Burleson, Tx, ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Private graveside services were held at Forest Meadows Memorial East Cemetery officiated by Donald Cannady.
