Barbara Sue Smith's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of beloved mother, Sue, who left us peacefully on September 28, 2025. She was born on December 14, 1946, in Ravenswood West Virginia, to Delmar and Nancy Cunningham.
She was a devoted and loving mother whose strength, warmth, and unwavering support were the foundation of her family.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband John “Jack” Smith; parents, Delmar Wade Cunningham and Nancy Andrick Cunningham; daughter, Lisa Dawn Allen; and great grandson, Ayden Allen.
She is survived by her daughters, Lynda (Richard) Kirkland of Fort Worth, TX and Cheryl (Jeff) Davies of St. Pete, FL; son, Leonard (Sammy)(Crystal) Allen of Mooresville, IN; sister, Jane (Lee) Dyer of Tampa, FL; granddaughter, Stephanie Davies, Cierra Allen (Kenny) Beaman, Desiree (Marc) Simpson, Smantha Allen; grandson, Jessie Klaren; great granddaughters, Kamya Sanders, Emma Simpson, Taylor Klaren-Foster, Charlotte Simpson; great grandsons, Tristian Klaren, Harley Klaren, Hayden Klaren, Jessie Klaren Jr., Braylon Beaman, Axel Beaman, Jack Beaman, Benton Williams; great great-granddaughter, Lakota Foster.
The family will have a private service to honor Barbara Sue Smith.
