Barbara M. Rolko's Obituary
ROLKO, BARBARA M. age 64, passed away November 20, 2014 in Gainesville, FL. She was born in Kulpmont, PA on June 3, 1950 to Paul and Mary Bakutis Rolko.
Barbara attended St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School Kulpmont, PA; Mt. Carmel High School, Mt. Carmel, PA; and the University of Florida, Gainesville.
She was a mail carrier for many years for the United States Postal Service. She loved gardening and going to the beach, camping with her family, going to flea markets and shopping at “The Boutique”, going to “Mattucci’s” & “Knoebels Grove Amusement Park” when she would go home to Pennsylvania. She cherished her nieces and loved spending time with family and friends.
Survived by her brother Paul F. Rolko and his wife Diane J. Rolko; and nieces Joelle and Kelly Rolko; all of Harrisburg, PA.
A Celebration of Barbara’s Life service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 6:30 pm at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 N. Main St., Gainesville, FL 32601. The Family will receive friends from 5:30pm until the hour of service.
