It is said that angels often appear in human form. I don’t’ know if that is true or not. I only know that I was fortunate enough to know someone who was as close to an angel as you can imagine. I knew Anita Wilcox Malloy, my sister-in-law, for almost 64 years.
She was a light in a sometimes-dark world. In all the years I knew her, I never knew her to say an unkind word about anyone. She was always positive, and she stood by her convictions. Unabashed when professing her faith and love for her God, for her religion and for her family. She touched everyone who met her, knew her, or was related to her with her compassion and empathy. Her smile and her eyes were always welcoming. She had a way of making a person feel important when she spoke to them.
Her love was unconditional and absolute. I don’t know much, but I do know that I loved her, and I will miss her terribly. I want to believe that like the angels, she will always be nearby.
Sympathy to all her other family members,
Love, Patty
