Amiya Elena Morrison's Obituary
Amiya Elena Morrison, age 6, of Interlachen passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She was born September 30, 2011 in Gainesville, Florida. Amiya was very entertaining. She loved dancing, music, and dressing up in glitz and glamour. Amiya loved to make everyone laugh, by making silly faces. She was such a loveable child. She made sure you knew she loved you. Amiya’s love will always linger in our hearts.
She is survived by her parents, Tiesha Adams and Jamarr White; brother, Christopher Johnson; maternal grandparents, Maria and Orlando Ocasio; great grandfather, Ruben Perez; uncle, Jeremiah, and aunts, Yazmine, Heaven, Rebecca, and Alexis.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 N Main Street, with Pastor Juan Sanchez officiating. Interment will follow in Countryside Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
