Amanda Mae Strickland's Obituary
Amanda Mae Strickland, age 36 of Alachua passed away Friday, November 2, 2018. She was born August 29, 1982 in Gainesville, FL to Michael Justice and Linda Sue Crews Strickland.
Amanda loved children, her family and friends. She loved to travel, the last few years she was able to travel and enjoy life to its fullest. Amanda was an avid Seminoles fan.
She is survived by the love of her life of 19 years, Joshua Moreau; grandmother, Ethel Hart; brother, Michael Strickland and his wife Becky; her beloved dog, Dollee and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Linda Strickland and her grandfather, T.J. Strickland.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 3612 NW 177 Ave, Gainesville, with Pastor Daniel Kendall officiating. For those who wish donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy, https://www.mda.org/make-a-donation.
