Aileen Margie Berg's Obituary
Aileen Margie Berg, age 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Shands Hospital. She was born January 19, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to Alfred Louis and Marjorie Berg. At a young age she and her family relocated to Williston, Florida for several years before relocating to Gainesville. Aileen was a graduate of Gainesville High School. She lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. She loved playing cards, board games, quilting, spending time with family and friends and watching Gator Sports. Aileen was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Marjorie Berg, and brothers Dickie and Charles Berg. She is survived by her sister-in-law Janice Berg, Nieces Donna (Allen) Smith, Nancy (Keith) Hurst, Cindy (Kevin) LaCoste and many great nieces and nephews. Family and friends whose lives touched Aileen are invited to a grave-side service on Saturday, June 29, 2024, 10:00 AM at the Hawthorne Cemetery located at 23350 SE Hawthorne Road, Hawthorne, Florida.
