Paul Luther died unexpectedly during the night on May 16 in his home in Gainesville, Florida at the age of 70. Paul is survived by his life partner, Lynn Blackmer; children, Angela Feiler, Joseph Luther, Sara Randall and Maggie Lu Read Obituary
I knew Paul when we were both at Lisle High. He was two years ahead of me (and my dear friend Will). We were both on the football team together, the year, his senior year, when we did not win a game, alas. There is a great picture of Paul in our yearbook, in his football uniform. Paul was an extremely friendly and nice person, who took the time to befriend a lowly sophomore like me. I have never forgotten it. May he rest in peace and may his family be comforted by many happy memories of this dear man and friend. Rich Mason, LCHS Class of 1965.
