You were always one of my favorites to see when I would visit my grandchildren . It was obvious to me how much you and Gran were loved and respected.. You will be so missed by everyone, but you have left behind many wonderful memories and friends. Rest in peace my friend.

Mr. Buddy was always smiling and giving hugs to us kids when he seen us. He was there for me when I needed a shoulder when my father passed. He will be dearly missed. My heart and prayers go out to Cleo and rest if the family.
Words cannot express the sadness we feel over Uncle Buddy’s passing. Even though we didn’t see him often we loved him dearly and he will be truly missed. He was a special person who showed kindness towards everyone he came into contact with, and he was always willing to give someone a helping hand. We will especially remember his sense of humor and sweet smile and he will be forever in our hearts. We send our love and our thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this time.

To the Waters family I would like to take this time to send my condolences . Mr. Waters will be missed deeply by all to Jerry my friend and the family keep your heads up continue to move forward Mr . Buddy is in a better place right now. We all know he's driving the bus for the Lord now protecting his his kids as well. I remember a time when he drove the basketball team to cross city 1 night I believe the jv team won & the varsity team lost that night . Mr. Waters was a very brave man to get off the bus to protect the basketball team from some people that was trying to run us off the road . We warned him not get off the bus but, we all know he was getting off that bus to handle his business. I don't know what he said to them but, 2 minutes later he was getting back on the bus and them folks in the car left us alone and we made it back home safe thank you Mr Waters protection and services we will miss you R.I.P.

Mr. Waters drove the band bus every where we went. He even let us yell on the bus when we won band contests. He was a good man and I never knew another bus driver other than him. My Condolences to his family!
