I am doing a school project about people who died in Iraq. I decided to choose to right about Taylor. so far I have learned that he was a amazing person and was very kind.. I also learned that he graduated flight school in 2008. I would just like to thank his family for his service.

I was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC with Taylor. I remember his optimism and "get it done" attitude. I remember when he told the flight guys he was going to be a pilot and they laughed at him. He was always learning. He went to the movies with me and my daughter one time and he paid for the movie unexpectedly. We had so many great lunch time gym sessions on Simmons. I served in Iraq with Taylor and I am truly saddened by his death. From my family to his family, you are all in our prayers. Until Valhalla Brother

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Galvin Family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of Taylor James Galvin US Army Chief Warrant Officer 3. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you safe and strong.
Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family

Thank you for sharing the memory of your wonderful husband. We read about him in this morning's Fayetteville Observer and feel that our lives have been enriched because of the many good things he did for everyone he met. What a lovely person he was.

I did not have the privilege of knowing Taylor, but I did just read the obituary in the Fayetteville, NC paper. I have never been moved to read such an honoring tribute to someone I did not know. So well stated that if we could all live a life like this gentleman did, what a better place it would be. I have never seen an obituary solely honor a person - what a tribute! May God bless this family and the legend he has left
