Sylvia came into my life when she married my uncle Bobby. She was a beautiful fearless lady with a strong moral compass. Throughout my life she was a supportive confidant. One example of such a time is when my daughter Tina was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. Sylvia called me often to lend an ear and offer to help in any way she could. She was there for me throughout the whole time.
I know there are many others who were touched by Sylvia‘s life. I’m truly blessed to have had her in mine.
I will miss her beautiful smile, her wise counsel and her love. Rest in peace Sylvia.

I was so sad to hear of Sylvia's passing. She was a wonderful friend and person. I sang by her side for years in the choir at Highland Park Baptist Church. I am sorry for your loss but know she is in heaven with Jesus. Praying for the family.
