Anne was a close Friend to my Beloved late Mother Karen Dawn (Vidor) Hemming. Anne and Karen, were Fervent, Dedicated Believers and Volunteers @ Our Lady of The Skies Catholic Parish @ Shaw AFB, (Sumter) SC, where Anne's husband, Col. (USAF) (Ret) Wayne F. Gruber was stationed from (circa 1977 - 1980.) Their sons, David W. and J. Erik attended the former Saint Anne Catholic School. We and. our mothers often visited each other. My Beloved late mother, Karen Dawn (Vidor) Hemming. passed away on March 22,2006, in Sumter, SC, @ 63. after a hard - fought battle with breast cancer. Anne and her family are still remembered fondly.
