    UF MEDICAL GUILD REQUEST FOR GRANT PROPOSALS

    The UF Medical Guild is now accepting grant applications to fund health-related projects from non-profit organizations. We have $50,000 available with a maximum of $8,000 per grant. The average grant last year was $2,500. If your grant relates to healthcare, benefits people in Gainesville/Alachua County, and can be completed in one year, email ufmedguild@gmail.com to request an application. The application deadline is June 30, 2017.

  • Gainesville High School 1972 Class Reunion

    The 1972 GHS Class Reunion Committee is requesting those who plan to attend the upcoming reunion to remit the $75.00 per person fee as soon as possible. The deadline for remittance is July 5th for the 45th year class reunion to be held on Saturday, July 22nd. This will enable the committee members to meet deposit deadlines and to finalize the contacts to assure we have the unforgettable reunion our classmates deserve.
    We are grateful to all who are getting their payments to us ahead of the July 5th deadline. There will be limited availability for those who unexpectedly find they are able to attend, to pay at the door.

    The $25 fee per bowler includes shoes, house ball, event T-shirt, goodie bag, and one door prize ticket. This event is fun for all ages. Win or purchase more tickets for the fabulous prizes. Proceeds from this event help support the Chamber’s Scholarship Program.

    St Paul AMEC. Windsor is soon to celebrate its church anniversary and this year we are going to take the time to bask in the blessings of God sent down through the years. This journey of remembrance includes memories and thoughts of those Saints that worked tirelessly to do the work of the Lord. with St Paul as their foundation of support and love.
    It is no secret that St Paul has come throw: man% trial and tribulations...hut God!
    But God continued His presence in the Temple. Yet God kept the faithful few to stoke the eternal fires of servitude. And God maintained the anointing for the latter rain of blessings that are just on the horizon.
