The program provides free health insurance information. Specially trained volunteers can assist you with your Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance questions by providing one-on-one counseling and information. SHINE services are free, unbiased, and confidential counseling assistance to medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers.

    St Paul AMEC. Windsor is soon to celebrate its church anniversary and this year we are going to take the time to bask in the blessings of God sent down through the years. This journey of remembrance includes memories and thoughts of those Saints that worked tirelessly to do the work of the Lord. with St Paul as their foundation of support and love.
    It is no secret that St Paul has come throw: man% trial and tribulations...hut God!
    But God continued His presence in the Temple. Yet God kept the faithful few to stoke the eternal fires of servitude. And God maintained the anointing for the latter rain of blessings that are just on the horizon.

    On Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 5:40 p.m. after 8 weeks of unconsciousness and therapy, he lost his battle to survive his fall.
