In 1890, we first began operating from a hardware store, located on the old court house square downtown. Our business grew, and so we moved and operated from the Thomas residence on what is now North Main Street downtown. Richard “Dick” Williams owned and operated the firm until his death in 1985. Today, it is owned and operated by his son Gene and grandson, Rick Williams both licensed funeral directors.
